As a Realtor with Taylor Properties and founder of Morton Properties, L.L.C., Alexandra's business activities include first-time homebuyer counseling and facilitating the listing/marketing of homes. She possesses comprehensive market knowledge, exceptional customer service, and negotiation skills. Alexandra is the unparalleled choice for your next real estate transaction. Alexandra recently signed on as an Assistant Community Manager for a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community in Maryland with a focus on recertifications and compliance. She perviously worked for a Fortune 400 company as an Assistant Community Manager for a $75M+, 200+ unit luxury multi-family complex in Washington, DC. She holds over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, from mortgage lending, residential sales, commercial sales, multi-family property management, and bi-lingual leasing. She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and the National Fair Housing Alliance.
Through Morton Properties, L.L.C., she curated vendor relationships for procurement through the Fannie Mae Homepath Program, The Prince George's County Housing Authority, and the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs. She also curated B.P.O. Vendor relationships to provide price opinions for distressed single-family properties.
Alexandra used her acquired expertise as a dual licensee, holding both real estate sales and mortgage origination licenses. As a real estate consultant, she helped clients with title searches, lien searches, and bereavement mortgage assumptions.
